Actually, the US is much worse at fourball than foursomes. DL3 is starting the matches with alternate shot instead of four ball because of this. They said earlier on the golf channel that every time the Ryder Cup started with four ball since 1997, we've lost.

agreed, this was clear shenanigans by the US team...sitting pate gauranteed a half point and more importantly gauranteed the Euros couldn't win that full point.

Here's a link to the official RC site. I would check it once play starts to see what's offered.
I doubt that they will have shottracker since that's used at PGA Tour events.

My favorite sports weekend has arrived after a 2-year hiatus.
