EDIT: No actually I did not, I had 4 different combinations of 4 horses for tri's and somehow left out boxing my top 4 horses....son of a bitch.

I said that assuming the Belmont was the shorts, but since the Preakness is then if he runs there he should be heavily favored.

I will bet you any amount of money he won't be. I know what you meant, the point is he never had the lead and quit after 6 furlongs. I'm sure he finished WAAAY back and probably won't even run, much less be favored. He may be favored in a sprint. The Preakness is 1 3/16 miles which is only a half furlong shorter.
