I agree with that. This year's been worse. Just saying Spieth's was longer, which JT might get to. On top of that, Spieth has always been a better major player than JT (mainly because of the Masters and Open which JT has stunk at). Spieth was struggling at regular Tour events mightily which JT's now doing too.

So someone that plays golf would say JT isn’t playing terrible?
Nothing about JTs play is “normal”. Do guys have slumps? Sure. But a multi major winner in his prime being the worst major player of the year( yes, JT May finish dead last in scoring average for the 4 majors this year) isn’t normal. It’s an outlier that is “a big deal”
It’s a true discussion on whether he should even be on the damn Ryder cup team. Think about that. The guy won a major last year, was a top 10 golfer basically his whole career, is prime age, and it’s likely he shouldn’t get a Ryder cup spot

The only guy right now who seems to have the right “f you” mentality coupled with talent to make a run at double digit majors is…. Brooks. Granted he’s already closer than most to it anyway.

Rory clothes are fire. These guys are so damn good at golf.the into the wind irons are just incredible I played one round in Europe at just a regular course and the wind effect on the ball is beyond shocking. Shot 95 and was a 4 handicap at the time

NBC has to pay a huge fee for rights to telecast the Open. Unfortunately a lot of commercials are part of the deal.
