Mavs kings was a fun game. Saw dirk make #9 all time. Really fun game atmosphere too.

If you took 26 2-point shots and made 50% of them, that's 26 points.
50% from the field is not bad.
And as for Harden, free throws are very efficient, so his style IS a good thing.

A "standard benchmark" for what...horrible efficiency? A PPS of 1.00 currently puts you at 113th in the league among qualified players.

I'm talking about an individual game. PPS of 1.00 is the reason why "hack-a-Shaq" doesn't work if the free throw shooter can keep making 1 of 2.

There is no way to spin this man.
Making 1 point per shot is not good and is terribly inefficient.
Almost any player in the league could score 30 points if they took 30 shots. That's a terrible offensive night.

It's terrible, as someone who handles the ball as much as Kobe, he is expected to get to the line and make free throws, as well as make three pointers. Which means that his fg percentage is well below 50%.
ETA: 38% from the field is not good at all. I know Kobe isn't known for his field goal percentage or being an efficient player (no all time top 50 PER seasons) but that's bad for anyone taking as many shots as he does.

Yea, those comments are terrible. Seriously, you would have to be pissed if you were Bulls' management. "Yea, you guys are paying me 90million dollars and I've only played 10 games out of 164, but what am I going to do after basketball? I gotta think about that. What if I'm sore later in life?"

If he stays healthy, I don't think hes gonna stay in Chicago. Most of the city has turned against him, whether or not its his fault.

Yes it is. It's why Harden has such an awesome true shooting percentage.
