This is what pisses me off. He hit the perfect shot. Why should he be penalized for that?
That shot essentially became a four stroke swing. Incredible how unlucky the entire thing has become

Well shite, all PGA players can claim ignorance now .... I mean I really thought I made a three on that hole until i watched the TV reply .. Come on .. I am not saying that Tiger broke the rule on purpose but he KNOWS the rule and did not follow it ..

Of course, this sets up a great narrative in the unlikely event that Tiger wins. Has the lead, bounces a ball off the flag into the water, makes a great shot to save bogey, three putts 18. Goes to bed 3 shots back, wakes up to find out he could be disqualified, gets assessed a 2 stroke penalty, and storms back from 5 down to win by 4 on Sunday!!!

So we are supposed to believe that Tiger does not know how to properly take relief from a water hazard AND that you could only see the ball bounce off of the pin on camera .. GOT IT
