How many others have?

If anything history shows he can do it, so you fail by your own logic. Good job.

He wins 28% of his tournaments. Of course history is on your side when you predict he will lose.

In 2005 he shot 74 in the first round (T33rd) and won. Why would anyone think he is completely put of it? Oh because they hate him. Got it.

He went 66-65 back in 2005 in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, but he was still the old Tiger in 2005.

If he can post a sub 70, I can see him making a run. If he doesn't, I don't think he will win it.

I'm having a hard time believing some of the stuff I'm reading in this thread. If some of you are susceptible to having to pee in the bottle at the office, you're in deep shite.

I've never been referred to as the village idiot, so that's at least one thing I have the upper hand on.

I think the discrepancy here is that people who root for Tiger have no doubt that every major he plays in, he's going to win, kill everybody, set a record, etc. It never fails.

On the other hand, you have people who actively root against Tiger, saying he will either never win a major again, or won't until "something" happens. This also never fails.

Just saying - since 2009 history is on the latter's side. Eventually he will win one, and the former will jump all over the latter with "See? See?"

The only statistic I point to is this: between 1997 and 2009, he won what, 14 majors? That averages to more than one a year. In the last 4 years, he has won 0...

...You can only say Tiger's back so many times before your argument starts to lose its credibility.

Personally, I think, when he finally wins one again, that it's going to be from behind.

I'd like to think I fall in the middle. I want to see Tiger succeed, but I'm not going to ram it down everyone's throat if/when he wins another major.

Coming into this tournament, he's been playing his best golf in a while, so I think that's where a lot of the Tiger optimists get their optimism from. I can understand the losing credibility comment as well.

I'm pointing out a fallacy in your argument. And to get respect from me, you've gotta give it mother fricker.

You are beginning to look like you don't know shite. Present a valid argument without all the CAPS bullshite and some coherent sentences, and display your knowledge.

Actual answers, and not spewed shite.
