Amazon, it is somehow still below where it was in 2020. AWS is leaner than its ever been, headcount is sharply reduced, all expenses have to be approved now. Last quarter was AWS highest margins ever.

I like VICI properties. Strong dividend growth mostly Las Vegas properties and was largely unaffected by the last 3 years economic struggle.
