No that one is around the corner. That is a nice house. We feel ours is nicer and more unique!

I believe anyone owning Air BNB's are sweating it big time due to the significant drop in rentals and their mortgage payments are highly dependent on the rentals.

From what I have noticed, it has not really slowed down too much.

I do real estate closings, kept expecting it to slow down but it has stayed steady.

Maybe due to really low mortgage interest rates the market downturn won’t be nearly as bad as predicted

We bought new construction in Lakeview last year. I've been a little concerned that we bought at the top of the market but I'm still seeing places going up for sale at similar price/sq ft. And construction is still booming in the neighborhood.

that all depends on your horizon ... if you plan to stay in place for awhile you can't sweat where the market goes after you buy .... like watching your IRA every day it will drive you nuts!!
