ET as of today has a 10.2 distribution and I'm expecting decent growth over the next several years.

NYCB is a screaming buy below 6.50

I'm adding more each time it nears $6.40.

Oh, and apparently ASO is always a buy. The gift that keeps on giving.
Wish I had paid attention to that thread last year...

Added to my position yesterday and today. ASO will be back to $50 in 18 months or less..... this is easy money

SwampCollie shooting his shot in May 2022. He underestimated himself, it went over $60 in less than 12 months.

In SwampCollie I trust

Pretty happy about catching SCHW at 54.00 this morning.

Will sell at 70 if it gets there sometime in April.
Would have to take 30% in a month.

MTDR looks nice too.

Last week it had a price target of $66, it's currently at $43. Yes I know things have changed since last week but I think this price drop is an overreaction.

This and RIG. Adding VLO and TRGP as well.

First, never buy just for the dividend yield.

Correct - sometimes the dividend is inflated to attract buyers.

Make sure the debt to asset ratio and PE ratio aren't too high. That way you're getting an undervalued stock with upside on the price as well as the good dividend.

Expected return vs. risk for the term you are looking at for the context objective of the outcome of the investment.

I need to get this to 5 words or less for the t-shirt.
