What is everyone’s plan next week?

Personally I see major volatility the next 4-6 weeks or longer. Lots of money to be made if you can stomach the ride. GL!

Looking to load up on SAVE, JETS, LAMR, SYY, and PLNT on the next dip. Made about 40% on those last week. Those are the "swing" trades i'm planning on making. Going to load up the boat and go all in on Vanguard ETF's (maxing out my HELOC if the opportunity is good enough) if the market drops 30-40% from current levels over the next few weeeks.

That’s ballsy with the HELOC. What kind of rate does a heloc have?

Ouch! I’m not sure we are ready for that ride. Last week we ended down 20%, from the high. A drop of 50-60% from the high will have people jumping from windows.

Just under 4% right now.

I feel pretty certain that we'll test the lows and I'm ready to go shopping when it happens. If we go lower than the recent lows I'm saving some money for those levels as well.
I know all this volatility is hard for some to stomach but I personally love it. It's fun to trade and also buy low on some longer term holdings. People get jittery when they look at their 401k's but they need to remember that every time they get paid they're buying at these levels as well so when we breakout to the high side they'll be glad all this happened.

Unless you maxed out your 401k in January FML.

Stock market trivia:
Researchers have never been able to find even a single verifiable case of a stock broker jumping out of a window or any other type of suicide by a Wall St broker during the crash of 1929. The one recorded death that was found was a heart attack.

Do the opposite of whatever your gut tells you

Do not buy any O&G stocks (E&P, OFS, Midstream) and if you own any, other than the majors, sell at first light. Oil is going to tank hard next week.

I will hold my money for huge swings down (1000ish point drops) and conintue to buy stocks and funds that have a divi.
More USA, LOAN, NRZ....MSFT...etc. And those will be long term holds.
So when it goes up, I'm not selling. Then wait for the next drop.

S&P 500 implied move is 8% next week. The volatility definitely isn’t over.

I'm not doubting you at all, but what makes you say that?
