i am not denying that there is interest in silver AT ALL - my thoughts, which im open to having changed, are wondering why a silver narrative is being shoved down our throats all of a sudden.

because you have a community that made alot of noise.

Now, like you see here daily.. "what's the next big play... I want in"

So when a person that is a long time member did his DD and posted it, people payed attention. And all of those millions of new members, and those that have no desire to join but just read started talking about it.

That’s not the one from jjalaj that I’m talking about. It was posted a day before the one from thehappyhawaiian that you linked and has been removed.

His posts have been removed because he was invested and thought to be pumping a stock. He only had 4 posts there.

Which is why thehappyhawaiian posted "The REAL DD on Silver" in response.

silver was pushed by the MSM using reddit as a scapegoat

I’ve heard rumblings from different parts of the world that bullion is getting sucked up. Dealers will start locking price at the open this evening.

Ill be there with them and plan to add into momentum with a tight stop to start. If I can’t get a good entry, I’ll look at calls too.

I expect margin to be raised causing turbulence.

It makes up <1% of their holdings.

That said pslv is actually audited silver (supposedly).

On another note good luck buying retail silver. A lot of places are selling it, but at 30%+ spot with weeks of lead time.

It's becoming much more cost effective to start taking commercial bars and melting them for bullion given the monster discrepancy between spot and premiums and an instant 30% profit margin.

I was present at the open but could not catch a bid so did not add to my positions.

I did sell my puts last night for a great price and replaced it with stops at 26.50. I'm in profit on house money now.

I'm interested to see if people continue to pile in or if we have ant new cracks appear in the broader market this week before adding risk above 30.

I'll tighten my stops eventually but for now run somewhere up to a 20 percent trailing stop.

Don't be surprised to see 10%+or- swings in this.

Damn, I slept on this thread due to being enthralled in GME. Is this really happening? Silver? If so I'm in.
