Something just feels off. Yea, the Dow and nasdaq and s&p keep going up, but under the hood it’s not great; at least the last 2 weeks.
I’ve bought several good, strong companies at huge dips with very high price targets, but they keep inching downward. Momentum and growth getting hit hard.
I’m thinking of going largely cash soon. More and more analysts think there will be a correction in the near future, maybe September. I feel like we are starting to see signs of it. I want cash on hand to take advantage of it does and stop some of the bleeding. I will still make a few plays. I need to regroup.
I ran into this video while at the gym. Sounds like a good listen. So tired of all the pumpers on YouTube.

Is anyone expecting this week to be a bloodbath? It seems like Covid news is ramping up again which can’t be good for stocks.

Is anyone thinking that PLUG won’t make another resurgence? They have quite a pattern of building up, beaten up, build back up. We’re clearly in the beaten up stage right now.

Probably not. I had several that were in great position to make a good swing upwards and several indicators showed that. They have been killed. I’ve gone cash until shite sorts itself out

UAL down 6% today. Might be a nice swing play on panic. Don't see people stopping travel. Those that are vaxxed will continue as will un vaxxed.

Thanks. So is there somewhere on here to get into deeper economic discussions? I'm sure it can get people fired up, also no one wants to be blamed for lost money, but Ive lurked on other boards here and was hoping to this board had deeper convo threads about industries, companies, stocks. Or is it more something people stay away from and touch on on the downlow in a thread like this one?
Hope that makes sense..just don't want to cross lines. Especially since I'm more of a newb trying to better understand a lot of the finance side of things. I'm typically more economics minded.
