ETSY is one that I really can't see myself selling. I think they have a really good thing going, my wife uses the shite out of it.

I mean I agree with you it's a great stock. Just all of the people I follow on twitter are making me nervous about most of my holdings.

Just remember that none of them have a damn clue about what is going to happen and they have been calling for the bottom to fall out for months now.

Oh ok...yeah we have been looking at Fishtown and Fairmount on redfin (just browsing). We will probably just rent for a year to get a feel for the city.

Yeah I would rent, its a tough city to buy in without knowing the neighborhoods very well. Each neighborhood has a very distinct vibe. The city is super small (distance) which is good and bad. Get used to trinity style homes

With quarterly earnings fast approaching, when should we expect to see some preliminary info on PINS and FSLY?

dont know but i feel like the pattern has been, if there is a pre-release of info its because the info is disappointing
i would rather just find out in the earnings call

Gotcha, I guess my memory is fading me, for some reason I was thinking PINS specifically released some very good numbers a week or two before which led to that crazy run up from 48 to $70. I guess it was probably just speculation from investors though

you might be right i dont remember.
PINS is pretty easy to hold, it doesnt make me over analyze it much
