Any reason why you're buying LVGO instead of TDOC right now? If you're holding longterm, shouldn't TDOC be the play so you avoid the dividend tax event when they merge?

i havent added any of either since 8/5, but its a good question. i also cant find any definitive answer on whether the LVGO "special dividend" will be taxable as capital gains or whether it will be a return of capital.
i "think" most people here are trading short time frames so maybe it doesnt matter? the arbitrage though has always been on the LVGO side, up until now (LVGO trading below where it should, based on the merger formula)
