I'm new, but is this how that merger works? if this exact moment was the time for their merger, for each share of lvgo, you would get 0.529 of tdoc. So for 1 $135 share of lvgo, you would get an equivalent value of $114 of tdoc, plus $11.33? Total value per share of $126, if correct, sucks if you own a bunch of lvgo unless you sold right before they merge.

The fact that it's almost 500 is extremely surprising to me. I really thought it would bounce up quick and then level off as other major companies with endless money built the same platform.
