What is the outlook on PINS? Their moat is pretty narrow, considering Instagram/FB offers a marketplace. What makes them different than others?

I use Pinterest sometimes for recipes and landscaping ideas. Just trying to understand the bullish sentiment going forward. I’m trying to diversify my brokerage account other than SE, FSLY, LVGO, APPL, and NVDA. Thank you for responding.

I sold my shares of LVGO a few weeks ago. I'm not sure how this merger has or will effect things. Are they merging under one name?
I would like to buy back in but I'm honestly confused with what is going on with this one. Can someone shed some light on this one?

I don't think I am a believer in PINS. I don't see the rev or user growth to buy in and anecdotally my wife and her friends don't use it anymore. Instagram I guess would be the biggest comp and they are just too good at what they do. My 2c. Much more a believer in ETSY (I understand they aren't anything alike)

they will merge and trade under TDOC prior to the end of the year. due to the terms of the merger their share prices while continuing to trade separately are tidally locked
(1) share LVGO = 0.592 shares TDOC + $11.33
if you buy LVGO you will get 0.529 shares of TDOC plus $11.33 cash. if you buy TDOC you will get...TDOC
