Great - starting to implement with the capital I have available. Should have months ago when you first floated it but oh well.
Crazy how many on the spac daddy already went up 5-10% in the the passing of a week or two (nevermind the number that hit)

I am a novice on this but read buy the management and over 250 million...
I picked up the shak spac cause shak is gold and I felt the team would go into tech entertainment...I wanted triller...
They announced today and I sold 80 percent cause not the trend I wanted... made Around 7 percent ... better than the bank... I kept 20 percent in case it does great so I do not have regrets....(warrants also)
I am just going with managers...tech and international...will probably just by ipo if an American company..
I have btwn and btnb...was hoping tokopedia. And golek... but they announced a merge and I think value of 40 billion ...
These are funded by theil (PayPal,Palantar. (Sp??)). And mr li (was 27th richest guy in us at one time) ...so they can pipe billions in if needed....
Anyone one know any ev spacs rumor like lucid ????( pre announcement)

SNPR or Volta Charging (commons and warrants) is my next big EV charging station play. Gapped up to 19 on LOI , settled down here towards 15. Expecting over 20 on commons and 7-15$ range on warrants within a few months.
They have a differentiated business model which makes money off advertisements rather than the charging itself. Already a range of partnerships including Amazon Whole Foods.

If you like the merger, keep it. If not, rotate it to another pre LOI spac. I had average cost of .90 and sold all my warrants today at $2.49

SNPR. I like this one too. Was able to get in at 10.8 before the merger and I’ve steadily added more shares in the 15-16 area the past few days.

So I jumped into Foley (BFT) and am getting my teeth kicked in. When is the PaySafe shite supposed to happen?

Thanks for the reply, I figured that was going to be the answer. The PR stated that 100% of FGNA proceeds will go to existing OppFi shareholders, wtf? Is this normal for SPACs? I thought the purpose of a private company going public was for the injection of capital to grow the business.

I'm being beat so hard, got 20,000 warrants @ $5 in my IRA and have 20,000 in my trading at like $4.70 average. I know this will go up it's just a matter of when. Cramer wants Foley on his show to talk about it. That can definitely help if he comes on.

I am not currently in, but played a Day 1 flip post announcement on the warrants. That being said, I think it is a great play still and will eventually get in.

I sold with the quickness. These smaller fintech companies may be good longer term plays but in this current spac world, just doesn't pop like they use to.
