Was hoping they would merge and go after tokopedia and golek merger ...

But some comments saying they think the merger is valued at 40 billion and earlier it was 18 so ???? now ... still hoping

Saw Bridgetown approached traveloka. They have more than enough to get them and traveloka already has mr li as an investor...

Paqcu. And covau. Also have approached traveloka...they are both around 250 million
With 50 million pipes...

No idea but I added a position of each of those today with hopes that one of the three will get traveloka... travel is getting into fintech also which takes it back to btwn ( paypal)

So my spac stories this week - done well flipping warrants (basically play volatility post rumor and take 10 percent gains when given). I have also started doing NAV Unit strategy... Although that takes more capital and long-term.

Anyways - when I saw NSTB wake up one morning and say let’s split a few months early - I jumped the units. I thought I was brilliant - then the tiny pre market bump died. Yuck.

Then late afternoon Friday I pulled up spy tracking spreadsheet and try to just see who is up against the clock.... AACQ. Bought..... lucky! That should hold more. Sold have at 14 - will see what Tuesday brings for rest.

And yes I know this is a deer Facebook post.

And FYI - starting to load up on snpr too. SBE left me in the station But I’m even more intrigued by this model

You should be up 40% on HAACU the past few months (already a big win for doing nothing). Loading up 40% over NAV without a creditable rumor/LOI/DA at this point is a bit of a risk. Speculation of Ro/Color may boost the price if so, but also big risk of an ill received announcement/market reaction (not high tech/disruptor/clean energy etc.). I'm still holding but with commons and warrants already sky high, I'll have a quick sell trigger. The time to bet big on the Livongo team was much earlier.

With that said, you can just buy more HAACU then split them for 1 common and 1/4 warrant or just buy the commons. I would not advise buying warrants speculatively at current price.

SFTW PIPE already named so DA should be soon. I'll stick around until announcement then reassess afterwards.



Been selling off CCIV warrants but that sucker keeps going up. Still holding 5000 and will probably sell all on the DA pop.

Has anyone looked into ENPC or PCPC? These are a different kind of SPAC similar to the structure of Bill Ackman's PSTH except I see no risk at all. NAV is $25, the promote is only 6% and sponsor cannot sell his stake until three years after merge. I feel like these are free money with patience.
