Anyone look at WWR, graphite mining in west Alabama after trump signed an executive order. Don't know if it's to late on this one or it's just beginning

What do u guys think of this week's merger between Lordstown and DPHC?
Supposed to take place on Thursday, the 22nd.
Only 1 analyst covers it right now with a price target of $50 (currently at $23).
Supposedly they already have over 27000 pre-orders for their Endurance truck with ServPro pre-ordering atleast 1200 of them.
Not to mention the press release a few weeks ago at the White house with the Endurance and Trump there.

SPACs have been going ham again lately (especially EV related ones). CIIC has a good target with Arrival but has already left the stratosphere.

I have been selling off some of my SBE. Rolled it into LGVW, NGA,THCB and GIK. Waiting on Definitive Agreements on the latter three.

Not gonna lie, I got shook out some too on that SPAC attack a month ago (luckily jumped back pretty quickly).
My first guess would be you selling
, second would be Biden winning and his stance on renewable energy/EVs.
*I preordered the Rivian R1T for myself and R1S for the wife. If Rivian ever goes SPAC, I'm all in.
