Most of my shares are at $2.00 per but I bought some more at $4.90 so you baws are welcome for the immediate dip that followed.

The bottom falling out was becoming inevitable with a lack of news and how long everything's taken I'm not selling a share, but this is disappointing management

KB and the leaders have literally missed ever projected timeframe significantly and the stock has been trading on rumors of pending contracts and Kevin B pumping it.
It’s put up or shut up time quickly approaching or this thing is gonna tank back down to sub $2 territory

I’m losing money. Just bought another 253 shares this am.

I bought Vestis at $12.50 and it tanked to $3.50 and I said I was going to buy a bunch but never got around to it. It’s over 13.00 now

This stock has been remarkably stable for a couple of months, given that none of the expected news has happened. After a while, the paper hands start selling and moving on.
I've seen it happen many times before - a stock will plunge right before it shoots up to an ATH. Start a sell off and it snowballs.
I have committed to holding my shares until the redomicile, NASDAQ listing, and factory build play out. Those are not my concerns. My concern is demand, once all that is done. I am confident that those things will happen this year and the stock price will go back up. I am less confident that HGRAF will have thousands of tons of orders ready to be filled. That is the "to the moon" scenario that we all want.

Really starting to wonder about the Nasdaq uplist happening this calendar year.
Hopefully with stock under $4 this will light a fire under leadership to get meaningful milestones completed.
Also would it hurt to give a firm update on redomcile process and where they are to date and expected finish line date. I mean they’ve been wrong on every other timeline date so what’s one more?…lol

well now that we are below 4 doesnt that reset the NASDAQ listing ?

No. There are other, alternative ways of getting the listing. I'm don't remember the details, but I think HGRAF may meet those standards.

But make no mistake….it being under four dollars is a huge step backwards
In my opinion was avoidable
Kristen has been bringing on really smart folks (eggheads) , but looking at their LinkedIn background none of them has true sales and business development or sales leadership qualifications
To me, it appears they’re putting all their eggs in their basket for a DOW contract with the types of folks that they’re bringing on board that have military or govt backgrounds
That’s said if they would just hire just a few really good commercial sales folks that are hungry to go after and score new contracts with a good compensation plan. I think we already would’ve had contracts and revenue in place.

I believe the answer is that it could hurt. I'm not an expert, so I could be wrong on this, but they are currently negotiating a settlement with the Canadian government on taxes owed, and one of the factors in that is the valuation of the company.
Lower valuation would lead to a lower tax bill. Given that they have limited resources, it would behoove them to wait until after they are done negotiating with Canada before making any announcements that would drive the stock price up significantly. They need every dime they have to build out their production facility.

Yep, that’s a good point but at the same time if they don’t make any contractor commercial sales announcements, the stock price is going to continue to plummet which intern lowers the market cap, which makes it a lot more difficult for NASDAQ up list
I guess it’s possible they don’t care about the NASDAQ listing happening as soon as they originally thought
But it would be a big bummer for us. Retail investors have to wait the significant amount of time for market cap in stock price to appreciate back to where they could get a NASDAQ up list.
They’re really going to have to thread the needle here it seems
