Was looking at the 30-day chart.

Guess it's possible, but that left shoulder around March 4th is questionable, just a different view is all.

When it's good enough to screenshot, always trim some.
There will be days to buy more.

Next significant volume shelf is around $3, but hopefully it will mind those moving averages closer to $4.

If leadership like ceo/Kristen cant or will not communicate on status updates

Kerry Landis and Kevin B really need to step up.

$4 is gonna get tested but with its market cap not sure it matters if that is broken so long as we don’t go back to under $1

As soon as EPA happened I thought $5-6 was fair.
$8 was over extended for sure, but I'd be nibbling again in the $4s

Worthless, non advice.

Glad I cancelled my limit buy at $5.50

I’ll get some at $4.50

Again, I dont think they can let this dip below $4.

News on the gas line and production facility should help this pick up.

The only reason they would not make these announcements would be if they have NO customers, and can service the demand with the 3 hyperions they already have...

ETA - another reason they aren't saying anything short term is that they are in the process of signing some deals.

Have they agreed to the EPA terms yet?

From Grok:

quote:

**As of March 4, 2026 (latest EPA page update):** - **P-24-0086** and **P-24-0087**: Not active / Resolved (no longer listed on the active cases table or Risk Management subset; they do not appear in the current active Excel export). The cases have been removed from the EPA's All Active New Chemical Cases list (previously in Risk Management), indicating completion of the TSCA §5 review process (likely via a consent order, determination, or other resolution). No new specific updates or notices appear in recent EPA records or searches for these exact PMNs.
