Permit/Case
2025-127110 PR
2025-160193 PP
2025-160193 EP
2025-160193 MP
2025-160193 BP
By my little research, the middle 3 were applied for in Dec of 2025, and expired in Feb of 2026.
The first one ending in PR, seems to be a Plan Review that expires in Feb 2027.
The last one, BP, I assume Building Permit, expires Aug 26, 2026. Looks like they passed the wallboard inspection in January so far.

Thank you. Pulled that permit up -- application date was on December 18th. Sq footage shows 10,110 sq ft in the additional information tab.
Address: Bunit 150 2101 E ST ELMO RD , AUSTIN TX, 78744
Sorry -- missed post above about details. Wallboard passed end of January. Need to get the contractor Arco Murray to get things going...

Not at this price. Stock may shoot to the moon, but I don’t understand the run this thing has been on other than people hoping for big money. I may miss on some good gains, but I’ve got enough that I won’t be sad if it does.
It drops back in the 4s, I’ll look to add some more.

I look at that differently. They seem focused on creating demand and use cases, but they have not pivoted to manufacturing graphene, yet. The HQ will be important for the stage when they have sales, billing, HR, logistics, and other back office functionality to manage.
I see that side, and like I said, my concern in the grand scheme is trivial to an extent. They pumped up the new HQ location and sold it as a big deal to be a US based company. Getting this thing opened in a timely manner is a reasonable expectation for investors.

I agree. While I am excited by the technical parts of their processes, products and patents I am looking for management that has been there and done this before. The permitting for the production facilities are going to take time and expertise in building and operating explosions in the presence of pipelines filled with acetylene. That's not a small thing.
They received $25 million in LIFE money and are going to have to be wise in spending it. All of the investor money going into their stock is going to other investors not into their bank account.
I hope I am wrong because I want to be in for the long term.

Remember that Elon was a newbie before he started all his successful companies. It would nice to have an A team but this the key to HG is their patent, their superior products, and an untapped market. If the company claims are true, the right people will come along to manage it. If you build it they will come.

It would be nice for HG to work with Musk. I know Tesla just patented a new fancy way to make lithium ion batteries in a dry vs wet system (not a solid state battery) that is supposed to be revolutionary in of itself. The HG graphene might make this even better.
Musk knows how to manufacture things efficiently and how to navigate the high tech world. It would be a real good relationship to have for a company in the position of Hydrograph.

HQ being in Austin Cant hurt the chances that they develop a business relationship

Tesla could make a car with graphene batteries, graphene infused steel frames, graphene enhanced paint, and plastics strengthened by graphene. They could make an all black model called the Obsidian.

They could also show HG how to make Hyperion units a lot quicker than 3 months.
Musk learned about mass production with quality when he made his first Tesla in California in the old GM/Toyota joint venture facility. He had developed a great electrical propulsion/battery management system but he didn't know enough about building cars. So the quality was bad. Musk actually moved into the plant. Slept there for months until they turned it around. That is when I really started to follow him. He was a doer and has shown he can do it with cars, rockets, batteries, satellites, etc.
That sho would be a good relationship for Hydrograph.

What’s the realistic expectation when it gets listed on Nasdaq? How much of a bump are we talking
