Yep, that was an old report. They were talking about EPA approval being 6 months away and even unlikely.

Fake news! Let roll this week, fellas!

They are pushing the same report again. I've seen it in several places. At the time, they pushed the price down about 40% or so for a while.

ETA : Has anybody noticed that it closed at $6.08 on Friday and is $6.20 this morning (Fidelity). Is that due to currency exchange, or is their AH trading on the Canadian exchange?

It's a twofer. It's got new life and even though the info in it has either been proven to be false, or is just an opinion, people are going to read it.

I’m showing a close of $6.08 on Fidelity. The ask is $6.50 / bid is $6.20,

I’ve been a lurking on this thread for a couple months, bought in at $2.46 about a month ago and plan to buy more soon. I’ve also told a few people about this company and I know for sure 2 of them have invested. So I wanted to say thanks to all of you guys. I’m sure there’s others lurking and buying in also.

I see that in my portfolio summary, but it still shows 6.08 in the detailed quote.

6.40 bid and 6.49 ask. We may have a big day.

Have seen some TA predicting we hit $10 this week

Might be tough with broader markets struggling

I would take 7-8 in a heart beat

Yeah combination of OTC and foreign markets sometimes causes adjustment as to finalized close - a pain with a volatilie stock - happens occasionally with our baby here. Normally only a few cents but the action at the end of Friday was so volatile.

I don't know if this is true, or recall where I read this, but I read somewhere that since it was OTC, there is no official close price. The last price that it was sold, or the last ask price is what they post. So I'm guessing different sources see different prices at different times. I've noticed that the end of day price is not the same as the next day's start many times.

I've noticed small changes of a few cents. This is the first time I've noticed a change this large.

I'll be honest, given the circumstance and the past comments made by the CEO ("will be ready in February", "will be open in two weeks"), I can see a crack in my confidence.

This seems trivial, critiquing an office renovation, but if they can't get this simple task done or communicate the updates/delays, then my concern creeps in and my sell trigger gets itchy.

I look at that differently. They seem focused on creating demand and use cases, but they have not pivoted to manufacturing graphene, yet. The HQ will be important for the stage when they have sales, billing, HR, logistics, and other back office functionality to manage.

Having said hat, the demand and use cases increase the value of the company. If they don't put a lot of resources into production, then it feels like they are setting themselves up for an acquisition, not necessarily a failure. This team may know very well that they are in over their head when it comes to facilities buildout, production processes, logistics, etc. They may be just making sure the buyout is at $30/share and not $5/share, so they can take their profits and turn the company over to someone who has the expertise to grow it from there.

If they are going to be acquired, I don't want to sell before that happens.

Having said that, they could already be talking to the experts on the production side. The model of replicating their Hyperion units and selling graphene doesn't seem to be the most complex model in the world, and many international conglomerates have started out of someone's garage. You can buy expertise.

can anyone read that permit # in that picture 2 pages ago? I was going to lookup on the city of Austin's portal to see if it could provide more details. Looks like I can look up by address as well.

The portal is the following:

See page 159 for a better picture.

Looks like the permit number is 2025-160193 BP

You beat me to it. You can search by property address. It looks like there are several permits involved.

Permit/Case
2025-127110 PR
2025-160193 PP
2025-160193 EP
2025-160193 MP
2025-160193 BP

You guys who know nothing about Chemistry crack me up.

She is talking about sheets that are one atom thick.
This is nothing you can see or understand with the naked eye.
This is nano technology.

Excuse me but I need to apologize to you.

I was under the impression that the one atom thick layers were also produces as larger sheets (which could one day happen), but HGRAF produces nanoparticles of one layer thick flakes. I was thinking pristine 1cm by 1cm sheets or larger. Maybe Hyperion will be able to do this one day.

I answered you back inappropriately, with:
quote:

Thanks Einstein for giving us the one dimension we knew about pure graphene. It’s one atom thick.

You’re acting like since you cannot see it that it doesn’t deserve a measurement. Nano tech has measurements too, grasshopper. The Hyperion machines have parameters.

You were right, and my premise was wrong. Hyperion isnt this smart yet. I still wanted to know just how many atoms across length and width even small, but my answer was not appropriate to you.

Sorry
