So tired of the Tesla Stock Manufactured Doom and Gloom

Tesla stock is exactly where it was heading into the November 1st election hype run up. The general public bought into some notion that because Elon was on Trumps side. Trump was going to instantly give him billions in concessions from day 1.
So now here we are on March 21st at $245 and on November 1st we were at $248.

Sorry for your losses.
If you knew, as I did, that the TSLA run after the election was nonsense then why didn't you short the stock in December like I did ?

Lot of assumptions going on. I sold back in November. Simply pointing out it ran on hype as usual and fell right back to where it was/should be. Congrats on closing out your short position.

Owning Tesla is like dating a crazy woman. Sure there are some super intense moments but it will also bottom out and try to stab you in the neck with scissors

That's about the 2023-2024 average sans the November-Jan spike.
Certainly political fall-out played a role in killing the stock spike, but so does the general EV's low resale value, eye popping battery replacement costs and insurance rates that arose from totaling the cars for relatively minor accidents that damage the battery.

The beauty of Tesla is it has always been a roller coaster. It's very easy to use this to make money. Not sure why people are crying. I love when it dives cheaper.
