I thought about that but, as the other poster wrote, that figure is so manipulated that it's become a running joke.

Do we predict the government's version of the rate or the "real" rate, taking into account the workers who have quit trying to find jobs? The former is about half of the latter.

Yes, but one that is offset by domestic growth and growth in emerging markets.
