You could buy today and immediately tender, if the buyout goes through you get .59 per share. The current board has recommended shareholders tender and the board members will be tendering their shares.
Buyout could fall through and stock price drop back to the .10/ share.

I've got 3,600 shares, split between Schwab and TDA. 
I'm hoping the buyout goes through but to be honest, haven't had the time to devote to sitting on hold with either company for an hour+ to tender.
I doubt my shares will make a difference but if the buyout fails by 3,600 shares, you know who to blame...

I went back and re-tendered after the boards announcement they they will all be tendering as well. Cant wait for this thing to go official

Ok, eG, I'm not really getting the upside to buying pqeff right now, I'm game, but just seems too unbalanced at .40. I'm ready to change my mind though.

19 min with etrade as well just now. Sure wish I had millions to tender but ill take some gains off of some amc gains. Thant EG
