Anyone here know or read elsewhere a good explanation of why the stock is stuck at .20 with an offer of .60 on the table?

Someone has offered .60 indicating the company is worth at least that. One suspects the proposed buyer sees even much greater value to take that risk and likely has a plan to capitalize on the tech. So why is the market not really responding? Lack of confidence in the buyer? Lack of confidence in the tech? IP not protected well enough?

I see a hostile takeover referenced on here but how did you get (or calculate) that .60 figure?

I sold 14,000 shares for a small $1000 profit. If it hits 0.13 or 0.14 again, I will load the boat again.

It is in the offer documents, .74C equals approximately .60USD, right?

shite someone wants to buy every share of for .60. So why does the stock price remain repressed? That’s my question. There is clearly something I’m missing, which isn’t surprising.

To be clear, I wasn't doubting your math. I just don't personally understand the (probably very simple) math behind that conversion.

It’s just a conversion from Canadian dollars, which the offer was made in, to US dollars.

Anyone else get one of these? I assume accepting the offer doesn’t really do much until Feb rolls around?
