You don't need to put it into a wallet, but you can open an account on an exchange (like polniex, bittrex, etc...) and there it will be a deposit BTC option. When attempting to deposit, it will generate an address. That is the address you send to.

Ok thanks, I will do Polo since people say it has a lot of currencies.

I can only do $1,000 a fday right now so their price is currently $2,274 for BTC and there's a $21.50 fee for this transaction; is that high or pretty standard fare?

Is there always a +/- $10 difference b/t Polo and CB? I just started looking at Polo.

Gemini is waiting to verify me as well. But it looks like you can buy all you want while they wait to verify

Everyone here is quoting numbers they will buy at. Are you just pulling these out your arse or is there a valid rational reason for your buy number?

I don't think there is a lot of fundamental or technical analysis going on here.

What's everyone's thoughts on the price of BTC right now, good buy or wait a little longer and it may fall back even more?

So you're saying that you have done some sort of analysis in respect of your buy and sell points?

100%

this is more psychology than finance at this point

trading, in general, is an art and not a science. this is dealing with a large number of what amounts to be amateur day traders creating market trends
