They gonna just blacklist anyone who interfaces with a smart contract?

Yes

This tornado cash situation is by far the most concerning move US gov has made against crypto. Decentralized protocols have blocked addresses that are in the Feds registry from interacting with their smart contracts from their official centralized front ends.

Banned ppl can still interact with the smart contracts through other means, but... yikes.

Some of these DEX's are decentralized in name only. That's an area of the space I hope to see become much less attached to centralized businesses and the like.

been shorting eth with 15x leverage since 2k. I will continue to keep my short open to 1k, then open longs. Rinse, repeat

I don’t want to wrap it. I just want to transfer it into the rest of my Ethereum.

Dude it's not worth it. Crypto is already very profitable over time. Just buy good assets and hold. You will crush the stock market or real estate returns.

Leverage ruins lives.

I don't have a problem with people using 5X leverage or lower if they know what they're doing.

I've seen some loons use 125X though...

Nah, I'm up 100k on the week shorting. I hold a shite load of GLP on gmx that I'm using to farm with. I'm using house money since my short has been going on since 2k. I actually took some profit yesterday and let it ride. The pain will continue for a while imo, 1200 by end of september and lower lows end of year early next year. I'll continue my shorts until there is a pivot in the fed but I don't see it anytime soon

Yeah it's stressful as hell. Holding most in glp is a mix of ETH, btc, link, uni, and stables so I'm comfy with my main bag there getting 27% apr in eth

Coming soon to the USA, that's my take.
