Well the bottom was 142 so Ive got that going for me. Ive made shitty trades before though so not uncharted territory. My cost was $105, so if I cant buy lower then ill look for the next entry and try to make money from there.

You cant win them all.

Looks like a good trade to me. My biggest hurdle in trading was understanding you lose zero money taking profits and stop chasing the market. Your dogma is good.

I had a stop loss at 145 that hit. I made 2x on what I sold so don't feel bad about it. I rolled it into link.

?

ADA doesnt even have a working SC platform and its still valued 2x as much as SOL

SOL went down because of 400,000 tps overload, no other platform is processing at that rate

dumbest thing ive read in years

SOL was trying to do all of Mastercard and Visas transactions at the same time, 400,000 TPS.

once the fix is established, this is bullish. remember the chain is only a year old

you traded away the only SC platform processing tps at the rate they are doing

eth is not even working right now either, unless you consider paying absurd gas fees "working"

this thread is amusing

Admittedly I panicked a little and was considering selling off. That was premature in hindsight.

To be fair, it doesn't appear SOL is processing at that rate either

gotcha, yeah perception can be everything.

but the reality is that ETH does 15-20 tps and SOL went down because of 400,000 tps

the fact that it withstood so much volume is bullish but with that said, theyll need to find a solution. because with cheap fees, and the user base growing, this type of volume will continue

It takes ETH 5 hours and 30 minutes to do what SOL can do in 1 second.

When ETH 2.0 comes out, that doesn't even mean a TPS increase. It doesn't mean a fee reduction. It just means no more POW. ETH is garbage.

Remember SOL is in beta.

SOL is still limited by hardware though.

Layer 2 solves most of this because layer 2 revolves around the platform and specific function of said platform.

IMO, all these chains trying to do everything on layer 1 are going to have problems if they want to "overtake" btc. That is to say, right now, they all have problems.

Why is that dumb? The network halted and from what I've read-from reliable sources-a hard fork is needed to restart it.

You didn't Boom. I'm just displaying how much better SOL is than the current #1.

I would mention ADA, but Cardano already has 0 respect as it is. Okay, I'll give it a try. SOL has finalized more smart contract transactions in 1 second than ADA has in history.
