they also brought down APY on btc from 5 to 4% and also brought first tier down to .25 btc cap.
So thus, it's time and I'm pulling 80% of my blockfi out. These rates aren't worth how long you have to wait to get your currency out.

we have been bleeding at the end of every month for 6 or 7 months straight now when options expire.

If the pattern continues, the swing trade is on. If the pattern doesn't continue, I'll just own more BTC are a relatively reasonable price.

Yes indeed. It’ll certainly be less expensive to whole coin status. Whilst entertaining, it’s always more exciting to have a position moving in the other direction.
Somewhat off topic. What is everyone’s opinion on pDOT - price has majorly collapsed and rumors developers are sketch. Is it considered a legit coin?

Some things I’m looking for this weekend:
1. Eth to fall to 1600s (or lower) and hold it for 4 hours
2. Btc to drop below 30k and hold it for 4 hours
3. Btc to test 30k and defend it
1 + 2 suggests we haven’t found a floor yet for btc
1 + 3 suggests btc is close to its floor. Maybe not at AT it, but long-term floor probably higher than 20k. Not saying it wouldn’t dip below it in a flash crash but yeah.
If none of the above happens, then it’s hard to ascertain anything, maybe a sign of strength since eth options expiry may not have harmed the market too much. Btc somehow climbing back above 35k at any point and holding is a sign of strength.

1 billion worth of BTC shorts opened around 25k in the last few hours. Those shorts winning or losing will cause significant market movement at expiry.

It’s going to go up because I set limit orders to buy at 29.5k.
If I ever buy at market rate, it’s a guarantee to drop. But my limit orders scare the price away upwards so that they never hit.

Agreed. I’ve got limit orders on ETH set for 1650 so that should be safe to stay above.
