Realistically, how deep do you veterans see BTC falling?

Is it better to go in on BitCoin or ETH at these current lows? And which one is closer to it’s bottom IYHO?

I remember like 10 or maybe just 8 days ago, when it dropped to 52, I jumped in thinking what a score!!!$$$$

This must be what it felt like in Nam. Every night thinking/hoping this onslaught is over. And then awaken to more blood bath. Then, you think they’ve gotta run out of people eventually and this constant attack will stop. But it just. Won’t. Stop.

This gives the "im too late" group another chance.

I'm trying to come up with a re entry strategy. Cake farming? Stack blue chip alts? DCA into btc? All of the above?

I think btc is closer to its floor than other alts.

Btc probably 33-40% away from its current value to around the floor.

Ethereum closer to 60-80% away from floor.

This is all assuming you believe a 75% and 90% drop from cycle ATH during crypto winter and if you think we’ve ended the cycle prematurely.

this week has sucked massively

Longed BTC, ETH, and more SOL today. Set some limit buys in the low 20s BTC and low 1s ETH. Time to head to the woods and hope for the best.

Every single altcoin looks like it was exit scammed on the chart. Never seen anything like this. This was like half of 2018 in a week

I read a post on Reddit theorizing that institutions are in a liquidity crisis because of the state of the stock market and how it may be about to crash.

Institutions are allegedly liquidating crypto to balance their books.

This would actually explain a lot if it were true. It would explain why the bull run ended early, if it has indeed ended.

It’d be even more concerning if you didn’t remember last week

But you have to try to forget for a minute here.

Yes! I found it pretty plausible.

I don’t think institutions are liquidating because there’s a liquidity crisis, they’re liquidating because they are the smart money and always precede the retail investors. Elon was obviously privy to the impending dump as well. Id imagine the sell off continues to put us under a $1 trillion crypto market cap.

selling the elon tweet was one of the better plays ive made. with that said, im confident for a rebound under these $33k levels.

heres where human psychology can frick with us; one year ago bitcoin was trading at $8k and if someone said it would be $32k this time next year we all would have celebrated. today is now trading at $32k and everyone is in shambles.

I don't know what any of that means, except to say that it sounds like things could get very bad, but it has a lot of upvotes and a lot of awards

More and more I'm glad I decided to hold on to the cash that I was going to put in on the dip

Yep. I’m down to about 20% cash now after being at about 50%. Made some poor defi purchases too early but at least had dry powder for today and still have some if there’s another liquidity event.

2 weeks ago said things didn’t look good and was followed by pages of hyperbullishness response despite BTC being at 50 from 64 was a strong signal.

I agree coin base and coinbase pro are probably the two best entry points for new entrants

Check out Voyager. Very user friendly for beginners.

I'm inviting you to start investing in crypto with Voyager. Download the app and trade $100 to get $25 of free Bitcoin.

Use code 565777 to claim your BTC:

There is a buy order for 54 btc at 31,000 on binance.us.

I am unsure what it means but there’s that.

Voyager is the worst app in the history of apps. It's laughable that people here recommend that trash. It's down more than it's up. Muh team behind it. Well, that team sucks.
