Curious to see if the TikTok SHIB crowd moves their money into more shitcoins, or something slightly more legitimate..

You know they aren't quitting altogether.. crypto addiction got its hooks in

Anyone holding onto Doge at the moment? I was dumb to get in when I did on Friday night I must admit.. my average price is $0.706934 and I own 212... but whatever. It was only $150 - can't invest what you aren't willing to ultimately lose, right? So I have no reason to sell and take a $55 loss right now. If it never gets back to $0.70-.75 range oh well.

Good. This was always the massive risk for the meme coin people - whales selling.

In the process, some of my favorite alts (like Telcoin and Trias) are seeing a big dip. Great buying opportunity.

I don’t doubt idiots will try, it was his tokens that they gifted to him, he can do whatever the hell he wants with them.

It's a double edge sword, we need new people to join, and the shite going down right now will teach them for the future... Still hilarious

Apparently he sent 5% of his Shiba to the India Covid Relief Fund, let's hope that's true

doge adoption was derailed by the greedy fricks who made SHIB, etc.

if all the random dog themed coin investors just concentrated solely on doge, i think it would have played out much better for you

I try to be an empathetic person, but it's hard to be on something like doge or Shib. I'm not a long time crypto vet, but I took my time, dipping my toe in and learning over the last 4 or so months. Jumping in on a massive pump without having any clue what you're doing is just.. not smart... And I have a hard time feeling bad for people.

Unfortunately I think the "pump culture" is here to stay, and this move by Vitalik was more or less him using what power he has to send a message.

I don't know where his legal residence is for tax purposes, but he lives in Singapore and they apparently don't tax crypto profits.

Pump culture has been around since 2017. It's nothing new, just more magnified by social media today
