Tl;dr exchanges will need to file a CTR when they send funds to a crypto address. No impact on users, no impact on B2C or B2B, but likely increased surveillance of the Bitcoin network by the govt.

It could be a bet worth much more than a $100
I bet my work buddy $100 in Chainlink in 2018. He thought Drew Brees would retire that year (year of the nola no call) Terms of the bet was he had to hold the $100 worth of Chainlink which was 173 Link at the time until Brees actually retired . He is still holding it and the bet is now worth $2300.
So if crypto and smart contracts actually worked like it should we could make a smart contract that would use Chainlink price feeds for XRP and xlm that could trigger when the price exceeds ath or on 12/31/21

Update for anyone following this.
I was able to transfer my bitcoin from BRD to Coinbase and I can cash out through them.
I had to pay a transaction fee which sucks but what choice do I have?
