I guess I’m thankful that a link crash still keeps it above $10.... for now

I don't think I've ever had an investment that lost 1/3 of its value in one day. That's damn impressive!

Look at the tokens list. That shows all transactions in/out on the contract. Shows when they bought /sold the staking lots that generate the fees.

So the share sold and it says I have 6000 magic stakes, but nothing is showing on the returns or pools page yet. Does it take a week to show up or something?

So if anyone cares about the substance behind Crypto and why Chainlink is needed. Yesterday nearly 90m in crypto loans were liquidated because of a faulty oracle reporting the wrong price feed on Compound Finance. Compound was warned about this years ago by Link marines . Coinbase Pro reported the wrong price on DAI and Compound liquidated it’s users. This is the whole point of decentralized finance needing Chainlink oracles. As the price crashes realize that every crypto needs Chainlink to do its decentralized functions.

Assuming your using zlot.finance

The pools are closed and ended last Friday. I was in zhegic/hegic and had a 0.004% impermanent loss, but got some zlot and a little more hegic which more than made up for it.

You should be under “stake” tab.

It show your Zhegic, your available hegic (to stake) and your staked hegic.

The zhegic stays the same - I got 5300 or so. This number is based on your initial hegic put in - I put in ~5800 / 1.03 zhegic:hegic ratio, gave me 5300 zhegic.

My staked hegic is at 5920 or so, and I started with 5800 or so. That’s where I can see what Im earning.

I try to check once a day on the “staked hegic” line and save it in a spreadsheet to track the ROI.

I feel like if you can get past the “internet magic money” thing you would be quite interested in reading what a few of these groups / contracts are doing.

What did you do in finance?

That’s it, watch your staked hegic vs what you initially put in.

Oh I totally agree. This stuff is bat shite crazy, my wife just says this is absurdly stupid.

It like 60-70% makes sense to me.

I wrote off my initial lottery wager 2+ years ago and it turned into something more just this year, so I jumped back into it.

The decentralized finance stuff is really interesting to me so I am reading up on it - probably way too much.

Yeah it's at 56 cents and was 11 to 34 for about 3 year's! XRP will make you beg for mercy! I bought very cheap and always in profit even if you say it lost 33% in 1 day! Your face will melt off soon!

Serious question here that I'm genuinely curious what a smart financial guy's answer would be:

What would bitcoin have to do, or what price would bitcoin have to achieve in order for you to acknowledge that you were wrong about it?

I'm not saying you are or aren't wrong currently, I am just asking the question if you have ever thought what may need to happen in order to be wrong.
