I admit I was wrong about how high the price of BTC would ever be. I totally underestimated the amount of paranoia and the potential for price manipulation BTC is subject to.

Of course, I'm in good company with my incorrect BTC price forecast.

Back in December, 2012, WikiTiger posted the price of BTC might go as high as $1,000 eventually.

Some people are predicting $1,000 per bitcoin.
LINK

However, after almost 10 years of being preached to about the virtues of bitcoin, so far I've been right more than I've been wrong about bitcoin.

1) BTC has yet to bring down any governments, banks or central banks as was predicted by the promoters of bitcoin.

2) BTC has not replaced traditional currencies as the primary world currency nor has it created a cashless society.

3) Bitcoin has not replaced credit and debit cards as most consumers' first choices for paying for goods and services.

4) Bitcoin has been regulated by many of the major industrialized countries. (I said regulations would happen in opposition to BTC fanboys (and girls) who said it would be impossible to impose regulations on bitcoin.)

5) And bitcoin is still not accepted for payment by a majority of businesses.

I hope this satisfies your "genuine" curiosity...

I was just repeating his word. I figured there must be a difference between being "curious" and "genuinely curious."

Serious question here that I'm genuinely curious what a smart financial guy's answer would be:

Isn't TTT a female?

I don't know why I think that but somewhere in my memory bank I thought I remember another poster referring to TTT as "she."

If I'm wrong, I apologize to all women everywhere...and to TTT.

Russian, hating on the Satoshi white paper; Did you read it? Most of us would never spend BTC or a gold coin on a Big Mac. Look for info on Hashcash(crypto $) then research finance topics such as limited supply/ deflation aka block halving, intrinsic store of value, fiat and gold standard. 30 known billionaires and many avg Joe's will make profitable trades using digital gold. But we wont bring down the USA you're right. GL

TD- How low will BTC go? Eth? Link bags full

In case anyone is interested I’m gonna store some Link in the Celsius wallet to try and earn some crypto interest. Seems pretty easy but there’s a KYC needed so need to have some trust in it. They payout weekly.

LINK

Tigermike can even store your XRP there

Watch December 3rd for something maybe on regulation or connection to it! XRP will hit 4$ easily! And Bitcoin will hit 25,000 to 30,000 soon! That will drive the market up a little!
