If I were interested in something like BTC I would start with a 2 yr chart. It seems to be at major support, if it breaks down its going down a long way. If it moves up that might interest me in buying with a stop at support.
Also I don't own BTC and don't take any advice from randos on the internet. Whether you use fundamental or technical analysis do your own homework.
