So if I’m getting paid to maintain a loan, why not take out a solid loan and put it into blue chips and pay the loan out of the dividends? Is there an assumption the economy still crashes, just further out?

They're going to throw the kitchen sink at the market. My guess is there is almost a 100% probability of a massive round of QE and they'll set up a permanent, un-capped REPO facility as well.

No one in their right mind is holding bonds right now. Real returns are essentially zero because the yields have been so low for so long.

What does that do to bank stocks? Has to kill their earnings as their earnings from interest are evaporated, right?

I’m shopping for a cash out refi, what sorts rate could I be looking at on a 15 or 30 with ~800 credit and great income/debt ratios?

Payroll tax holiday for the rest of the year and massive sectored bailouts in addition to the above. Great time to be young!
