Need a State Farm Agent in Gonzales Area

We switched our policy over to an agent in Gonzales and we are not happy with the service. He has a fancy new building, but agent was no where to be seen.
Is there a State Farm agent who is actually visible and works in his office in the Gonzales/Prairieville area?
