Noticed obvious short action today.
On the first attempt to reclaim $115 they won. I noticed some sell lots going for more than a dollar below ask

They successfully beat down the price.

A few minutes later, buy pressure was too much for them as we ran to nearly $116

If the Birmingham site turns out to be true, and it’s looking that way…

It’s only a bit smaller than the NJ site, which is 107 acres.

Could that mean ~250 MW??
No idea…

ETA: Talking to someone big in real estate for Schwab and looks like Raeden acquiring the land…nothing for NBIS on this one

Got some correction, Raeden had purchased part of that land earlier this year and could be one of the sellers…. So looks more and more like this could be true.

It’s about 80 acres on non contiguous land, but I’d guess 300-350MW of DC space wouldn’t be out of the question. It would most likely be in 3-4 different buildings

shite, the bars aren’t open until 11 here….

Rumor : Microsoft signing new deal to have access to 100,000 NVDA chips to develop LLMs

ETA2: The Bloomberg article appears to be talking about all the previous purchases that total $33B with neoclouds

Edit- Apparently this is fake news, apologies.

Thought they initiated “neutral” coverage weeks ago….did they up their PT to $500??? That would be insane

Yea, this is crazy. Appears that Bloomberg released an article this morning with headline about Microsoft investing $33B in neoclouds, but then the article goes on that talk about how those are already inked deals….

This could get interesting this morning….not sure to sell on the open or believe there is some new deal

Also, this could be the news of the datacenter finally getting out that it was Nebius purchasing the land

If that's the case, then this means there could still be two big announcements by the end of the month.

1. Hyperscaler deal tied to UK facility
2. Earnings report

I think one of the reasons the MSFT was so big is that the data center was almost ready and the revenue was imminent. This AL deal is a couple of years from opening. The UK Data center is closer to completion.

Maybe to be 100% open, but they will build in phases and have capacity ready within a year, bank that
