I'm adding CRWV and CRCL to my portfolio. The calls are great and will generate money.

On NBIS I sold the 114 for this week. What I love about NBIS is the decay appears to be on my side every week.

I can buy the 114 back at roughly $300 and sell the 120 strike for next week at $370. 70 profit and $600 more on the stock value should it reach the $120 level.

If you were you, would you rather have a 10/31 option at $120 or an 11/31 at $130 with a rollover cost of $1.20?

What's your goal?
You'd rather just keep options on you rather than deploy cash elsewhere?

If so, then I'd roll to a 11/21 $140 for a small credit or a December $150 for a small credit.

All depends on what you are trying to accomplish and your risk/reward tolerance.

I am loaded up on $130c 10/31 and a boatload at various strikes for 11/21 ($100, $120) and also still holding $110c 10/10

If you are looking for a good pop with a little more guaranteed with lower risk, grab the Novembers at $130

If you believe they will announce earnings on 10/30, and want to risk heavily, grab the 10/31s

I rolled my 10/31 $120 into an 11/31 $130.

I already have 11/21 $120s.

I already have some 10/31 calls and just feel that I can't rely on a new DC announcement in October. I'm pretty sure it's coming by 11/21, along with the earnings call. I have some longer $150s for early 2026.

Can you post the body of the article? Don’t want to sign up for that

ETA: Talking to someone big in real estate for Schwab and looks like Raeden acquiring the land…nothing for NBIS on this one

I dont have access either. We all gonna be millionaires?

From yahoo
Grok: Yes, Nebius (through an associated entity, Alabama ADC Holdings LLC) recently purchased approximately 200 acres of land in Birmingham, Alabama, for $90 million. The properties are located at 201, 250, and 260 Milan Parkway, as well as 2500 Venice Road, and are expected to be used for data center development.

Should the strategy be to roll them on the dip? My new options will be cheaper, but so will the old ones. How much difference does it make?
The results:
I rolled one Jan 26 $130 when the stock price was around $110.25

The option was down to $14.25 at that point. The roll was from 14.25 to 4.35, which produced a $990 credit.

The new option was a 10/17 $120.
With the remaining $990 I bought an 11/21 $130 for 8.80 and eight shares of UUUU (irrelevant).

By market close the percentage gain from that point goes as follows:
10/17 $120 +49.6%
11/21 $130 +26.4%
01/26 $130 +19.5%

Man. If only I had followed through in size.
Can’t be mad. Roth was up another 5.6% today.
