It's a vaccine tailored to your particular genetic mutation. It can only be effective once you have cancer as the mutation is only known once you have cancer.

Sticking to the investing side of this: Moderna is getting a big reputation for their mRNA capabilities. This is a huge win for them. Likely propels this stock on a LLY-like run
