Noticing some regular 500k share transactions every trading session. Had that plus a couple 300k share sales today
Someone on IH made a good point regarding another possibility - since we’re still trading at low enough volume that we’re subject to Market Maker manipulation, some of these big dumps could be stop losses that are being triggered by a price walkdown by Market Makers. The thing that makes me wonder is that we know we’re on the cusp of big things, and it makes little sense for investors who had restricted shares to be selling off shares at these low prices.

What’s the background on this one? Took a major plunge in last 2 yrs

Unless the insiders know the share prices aren’t going anywhere any time soon.
I also understand how some employees who are paid with stock options have to sell their shares to pay their normal monthly bills.
But.....if you expect shares to explode, I would think you’d be willing to hold just a little while longer.

I just can’t see someone saying, “After waiting from last May until Dec. 31 we finally have full licensure at Coachella and have a pod full of thousands of clones ready for sale - I think today is a good time to dump these shares cheap.”
But I can also see someone who was paid in stock seeing their stock certificate as a check for whatever it’s worth on that day. I’ve actually personally seen it treated that way.
Several possibilities, but the stop loss scenario is just another one to consider as well.

More of a pump and dump. It pumped and I dumped. I'll probably do it a couple of more times. I've finally learned my lesson with these penny stocks. Take the damn profits. I lost over 10k in pump money last year because I got greedy.
You can swing by investorshub and there's a bunch of info there. I'm not looking to sway you one way or the other with this.

That’s what I’m seeing in a lot of these.
Buy at bottoms. Get your 25-30% and get out

I had one go over 1000% and I didn't take a cent from it. Now it's red.

The only other penny stock I ever bought (gold mining company) went up 300% and I held on until it was worthless. Any time you have the chance to recoup your original investment and ride free shares, you shouldn’t pass it up imo. I learned the hard way, though I only had around $800 in it so I went for the home run. That was around 15 years ago and those shares are still in my account, worth around $5.00.

LVVV:
I called the Equinet number on the Livewire website and talked to Brian.
Some information that I learned:
The reason the information for LVVV is out of date on TD Ameritrade and E Trade is because they got the information when LVVV was initially listed on the Pinks, and haven't updated since. "Pinks" aren't a priority on these sites. Updated Information will always be on the exchange "OTCmarkets" The information may be updated if the uplisting happens. He said that he will bring it up with Bill the next time he sees him.
He re-iterated that LVVV is a cannabis company.
On the uplisting: OTC has all the information they need and have requested. The ball is 100% in OTC's court. The OTC has provided them with no time frame as to when or if the uplisting is going to happen. In other words the OTC hasn't told LVVV "We'll make a determination by X date".

Some good news today with a clone sale tweet and especially with the liquidation of some of Livewire’s APRU stock. Bill and Tony (CEO of APRU) were partnered up a few years back (Apple Rush was a subsidiary of Livewire), and after they went their separate ways Livewire still owned a big chunk of APRU stock (around 72% of common shares). APRU has been buying back shares, and how much we still owned has been an unsettled question for a while. Last reports are that we now reduced it to around 5% preferred shares of APRU. APRU issued a tweet today showing stock certificates it bought back from Livewire, which at today’s prices would be over $200,000. That would be a nice contribution to our working capital for Coachella and Paso Robles and would help eliminate the need for further dilution.
ETA: Livewire had acquired controlling interest in Apple Rush back in 2014. Tony was the divisional sales manager of LiveWire, and was appointed CEO of Apple Rush.

I threw a drop into you guys’ LVVV investment ocean today.

If LVVV gets to 0.015 again I'm buying 200,000 shares.
If not, I'm riding what I have.

I bought at .0218. It’s all about moving the decimal point.

I may have to drop some $$s on it. Bounced back up a hair after dropping most of the week.

On the rise quick out the gate this morning.

But hasn’t that been the pattern? A rocket start, then fades to close lower than the open?

volumes seems to have picked up a bit compared to the other days it fizzled.

One of my favorite things about weed stocks is they perform with almost no correlation to the broader stock market. In today's global world, it can be difficult to find these kinds of pockets.
