Do you think they have clone buyers lined up yet?

I think they do. No way to know for sure until they say so, but I don’t think they got this far without lining up some deals first.

Charlotte's Web CWBHF is at its all time high. Initially bought in at 12 then double downed at 9. This is one I'll ride out and have utmost confidence in.

TigrrrDad, do you think the non-uplisting is still holding this stock down?

You said you expected significant gains in the second quarter but this thing looks like it is going back to low .02s. Are you buying more?

Rowbear, do you still own NXTTF?

What do you see with this group after their issues last year.

Yes, I still have their stock. I'll be interested in seeing their Q1 numbers, I like that they accelerated some warrants and I'm intrigued in their dealings with Israel.

If they get back to $2 (my even point), I may sell and walk away. It will depend what things are looking like at that point. If by years end NXTTF is still stagnant, I may take my lose for tax reasons and go a different direction.

On Etrade, the company research for lvvv has a Reuters doc from November 2018 which still describes it as an energy chew company, with financials last updated in 2015. If this is the most updated doc that traders have to do DD, no wonder everyone is staying away.

Same with TD Ameritrade, I wonder if they will update that?

Etrade is just out of date apparently.

Here’s a good overview of LVVV from Nov. ‘18 from Stockwatch Index:

LINK

Also, audited financial statements through Q3 of 2018 are readily available.

There is some talk on the Yahoo board that says this stock is going to three by end of quarter. Does that seem reasonable and how much damage was done?

I sure hope so. The article from Andrew Left definitely ran a lot of people off. It caused a lot of people to file part of the class action lawsuit which had to be claimed before Dec. 5th. The stock went from $2.30ish down to $0.55. It was tough to still hold on to it when I was down 75%.

What gives me the most hope is the investment back in September for $45M from a company called Eight Capital at $3/share. Even after the Andrew Left article, Eight Capital exercised an option to increase it's investment to $52M. Before dropping that kind of cash, someone did some serious due diligence.

Dad, Does LVVV have financial backing? Are there any projections on when the PR site will be operational and what sort of projected revenue can be expected?

Bill H. does not give much detail so this makes it hard for people to really get behind this company.

I appreciate all that you have posted so far but why does the president not talk up the company?

Yeah BCCI has made a big jump since you mentioned them on Jan 22nd.

Probably due for a pull-back now. (If anyone were into day trading)

Someone sold 400k shares of LVVV earlier today. Now trading at 0.025.

Not going in the right direction.

Why would they have audited Qs? Qs are reviewed, not audited. Where are these?

I was thinking the pull back was coming last week and sold. Win some, lose some.

So BCCI has two primary products (white coffee and CBD infused coffee). One is mainstream and the other could be a big hit.

Interesting combo. They can advertise their mainstream product in the Super Bowl and let word of mouth attract buyers to their CBD product.
