I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I'd cut my losses fellas. I just think theres other larger cap stocks that have a better chance then namaste. I have about 400 bucks in it still, took about a 2k in losses total. But when cgc dipped hard last week, I basically asked myself, would I rather have this money in nxttf praying for the very unlikely, or would I rather have it in cgc at 31-32 bucks a share.. I easily chose cgc, and sold 75% of my shares last week on Wednesday.
Think about it, it would have to go up like 300%+ to get back to where most of this board bought in.
At the very least, not seeing that dollar loss amount at the bottom of my portfolio day in and day out next to nxttf ticker has made the last week of trading, much less gut wrenching.

At this point, frick it. I am going to ride it out and see what happens after the Dec 5th deadline for the class action. I have a feeling a lot of this continued downward run, even as Namaste gets new agreements and other business dealings, is due to people looking to get in on the class action. I just can't for the life of me sell it at a 50% loss.

It’s apparently a sham, like most of the weed stocks

It looks like some fund manager short sold the frick out of them and then on an investor call laid out this pretty shady claim that a founding investor was buying worthless property in south america and then selling it for massive gains to aphria.
Executives of aphria denied they did anything "illegal" today and put 3 million of their personal funds into the stock today.
Guess we'll keep an eye on this; the price was driven incredibly low today.

Aphria execs aren't denying some of the allegations. They're saying "that's how you do weed business in South America" i.e. bribes.
Pair that with a group of short sellers that put out the hit piece on them and you have trouble.
They're playing OTC stock manipulation games with a stock on the NYSE.
Basically you have South American countries doing what South American countries do. You have local 3d world drug cartel dealers doing business like drug dealers. You have scumbag short selling market manipulators acting like short selling market manipulators. You have the NYSE trying to act ethical and protect their stuff. You have the owners of Aphria just trying to do business in this industry.
Flip a coin on this one. As someone who owns Aphria at $14, I'm screwed. (It's at $4.50 at the time of this post) Personally, I don't have enough faith to average down at this point. I'm looking hold and cut my losses as soon as it nears $10.
ETA: To the guys saying "Why not buy more if you think it's going to reach $10 instead of taking losses?". I'm not in a position to buy more at $4.50 at the moment, and I don't know if it'll ever go back up.

Yea, I had like 40 shares at 15.36 from January. Then I bought 100 more shares last Thursday at $8; which was just amusingly bad timing in hindsight. I can't even be mad; that's the rules of the game with a crazy volatile industry like this one at the moment. Haven't really decided what I'm going to do yet; probably going to wait for this news to settle at this point; if you were gonna sell, it had to be Monday.
The timing of legalization lining up with this giant pull back really screwed all these stocks. It seems like sales in Canada are exceeding expectations and there's huge demand for more and better product; so I still have faith that most of these larger cap cannabis stocks are still alright; it's just a matter of "how long?" like you say; vs opportunity else where.

I didn't take any profits during the green rush and now stuck holding long on everything. Hoping the possible Altria acquistion of CRON with eventually balance things out some for me.
The market is so weird. Profit margins are being exceeded and share prices are going in the opposite direction.

The whole market is down. I think people are cashing out on the volatile stocks and looking for safer places to put their money. A lot of it has to do with Trump's rise and fall.

i'll say this, the penny market seems to be insulated from big board carnage.
mods seem to not like pennies on this board though, so i'll stay quiet for now

Well, I finally gave in and bought some CGC since it's below $30 right now. Hopefully in the long run, it can save me or help prevent some of the losses I have with NXTTF.

CRON is going to fly today.
Yea, I wish I would have bought it yesterday instead of CGC. I could have gotten 2.5 times the shares and probably a 50% return in 24 hours.

Cgc is still a better long term play I think
I actually am about to buy some Altria, not cron... I just read they are now talking with juul about buying them. Looks like they are finally admitting cigarettes are dead and tobacco is not what it once was. Down 22% ytd.
