I’ve got a bunch of unrealized losses on NXTTF. I assume I’d need to actually close the position to join the class.

sold 650 of my 1250 nxttf shares (everything I bought above 2.50). Their financials are a mess, Their earnings were a disaster, and their ceo seems like a crazy man and I just dont see the point of sitting on this when theres better options...like cash. Been waiting for a little bump to make this move.
They are going to get beat out long term on their internet vape sales aswell. There's going to be better software coming in and kiling them.
Like the CGC ceo said a few days ago, there's not going to be consolidations and buyouts as the cannabis industry booms, there's going to be killoff's and destruction.

Taking longer than expected, but the Paso Robles permit is within reach.
Also the uplisting to OTCQB should be official any day now.
The price has been dropping, but I still see it as a buying opportunity - all the big things expected to happen are still on track.

Holy crap, today LVVV dipped as low as .022. Either someone had restricted shares that just became unrestricted and is dumping them for whatever they can get, or market makers are driving this down to accumulate before the uplisting. No reason for this to take such huge dips with 2 of LVVV’s biggest move literally right around the corner.

Bought some more LVVV. Missed getting it below .03 but still a decent price.
With uplisting and hopefully the permit coming through soon, I would think we see .06 again shortly

etrade lets you trade pretty much anything, including caveat empto and dark/defunct non-reporting companies

I'm still sitting on my NXTTF. I'm hoping it somehow has a final run so I can get out at even. I originally had such high hopes for it, but it is proving to be a garbage stock. They cant seem to do a single thing right.

It's been a depressing slide...down another 7% today. I'll see where it is by the end of the year and may close out the position to takes the losses and offset some income tax for 2018.
