I think Monday will be huge. LVVV closed at .048, but I’ve read that after hours trading was up to .0525. No press release today - just read about the license on a message board and then later Livewire tweeted it. Volume was 3 or 4 times average today. Once word gets around over the weekend, along with a likely press release Monday, trading volume should be huge with a real nice run in share price.

Trying to grab another 10,000 shares or so on Monday

Can you post the latest ER for LVVV? I can't find anything since 2015, where the revenues amounted to be ~$50k.
Do they have the capital to scale up in this industry?
From a pure trading perspective, it looks like the outstanding shares are 400M+ (exact number varies between sources). This high amount of shares is very restrictive in a fast rise in SP.
Great gains can be had with this stock, but I'm still not convinced it's not a P&D. Seems like a fledgling company that transitioned to the cannabis industry because it's a hot market, but they have no strategy on how to be successful in their endeavors. They certainly weren't successful in their previous market.

Pretty disappointed this thread has turned into a shill of namaste and livewire stock

In the cannabis game right now, revenues are virtually meaningless when it comes to a good run on share price.. One company hit a $7 billion cap with zero revenues, another hit a $20+ billion cap while losing over $12 million last quarter. And some have done it with similar share numbers. Revenues are minimal for Livewire right now. But they just got their state distributor license. And they are likely weeks away from their Paso Robles permit. And likely weeks or a couple months away from uplisting.
Getting this state license will now allow them to generate revenue, which will them allow them to advance the next steps in their game plan. How can you say they have no strategy on how to be successfu? They are using THE lawyer in the cannabis industry to shepherd them through the process. They hired a very experienced horticulturist. They’ve acquired Mojave Jane, Alpha Creations, and Sacred Biology in the past 6 months. They’ve developed the 7x Pure quality control/genetics variation process. They’ve set themselves up for an entire seed to sale program - they can grow their own plants, Mojave Jane does the extraction, Alpha and Sacred Biology make the products, and Livewire distributes them. And their big revenue generator will be clone sales. The Paso Robles location alone has enough space to supply 40% of California’s entire clones need. And they’ve hired Jimmy Connors as a spokesman for once the ball is rolling. They have a damn near perfect strategy in place.

So in a thread about weed stocks, you don’t want to discuss a very hot weed stock that shot up 30% in 4 hours after getting their distribution license?

Would you like to talk about cars instead?

You can bring up any weed stock you want in this thread. I was pumped to see MJ pop on Friday.

Revenues are never meaningless. You saying that about your LT play expresses that you're emotionally attached. I'm asking about financials and you're responding with a bunch of irrelevant information.
This is a company that was failing and has now entered the cannabis market as a last resort because it's a hot industry. Show me where they have not only the capital, but the development expertise to take advantage of their sales license. They have a lawyer and a retired tennis player? What an excellent strategy.
They're trying to position themselves and of course, it all depends on how they execute, but presently, I don't see their LT potential. This looks like another P&D that will be dead in a year.

My...how convenient that you ignore their acquisitions of turnkey operations like Mojave Jane, Alpha Creations, and Sacred Biology - which enables a full seed to sale operation.

They are a cannabis start up that got their license a couple days ago. Give them time.
Or don’t. That’s my advice to you - you are obviously 100% correct so don’t invest in it.

Yep. I see a rally this week leading up to and taking place on Oct. 17th. I think it’s very possible that when people realize it isn’t the immediate goldmine they think it is, there will be a sell off in late October. Just my opinion.
But I’m in on ACBFF and CGC (and got in early) and think they will make it in the long run.

Bought 1000 shares of ACBFF last Monday. Already up about 13%. I think it hits 12/share it’s blue sky’s from there!

That's a lot of coin into a single company.

I was pondering what the real impact of 10/17 will be - if stocks will immediately jump? there should be no real basis to do so, so I started thinking maybe the jump would be once the volume of sales starting being made known.
I'm torn on whether to sell off a bunch then expect a pull-back to buy back in on. I've got CGC, ACBFF, CRON (my least favorite), CNTTF and NXTTF.
Also, on the NXTTF lawsuit foolishness - only one suit has been filed in California. One named plaintiff who purchases 1,000 shares on 9/24/18 at 2.90/share. It is a recitation of the citron report. I cannot imagine it goes anywhere especially if it goes back up.

Really just a matter if you want to play buy sell or close the computer and check it out in a year once sales catch up

It is, but it is what I could stand to lose and still be ok. Most of my investments are in rental property, but hoping if this thing hits it big over the next year or so it’ll get me another little rental house.

LVVV flirting with the 6s today. Up around 20% on the day and 50% from last week. And they still haven’t even issued a press release - some are thinking they will hold off until later in the week for the PR.
A lot of buzz around APRU this week too. Apple Rush - cannabis beverage company that Livewire had a percentage of. Supposed to have big news hitting this week. Flirting with 50% gains on the day.
