If you had a choice- comp time or straight paid overtime

Paid overtime if I got to choose when to work it. If it was forced overtime, probably comp time

Comp time. You can always make more money but can never get time back.

when I was I the hotel business salaried managers got comp days...when you worked more than 5 days no matter the hours you earned an accrued day off and it was the best benefit I’ve ever had. I always used comp days for vacation and then they paid you out every year for unused vacation days

I would choose pay. I get five weeks of vacation and am off every other Friday so I get more than enough time off.

comp time. i get paid enough and I have no interest in working over 40 hrs per week.

Overtime pay. I don't use all my PTO anyway. And with the Rona, vacations aren't an option so I'd just sleep in an extra hour and be stuck in the house all day.

very easy... overtime. I already get more paid leave than I can use and am constantly being requested to take time off because Im accruing too much.
