How many funds is your 401 allocated into?

I’m not that experienced of an investor. Some things here and there. I know how to not lose my shirt and make steady returns. You’re not going on a summer vacation based off my investment advice and I don’t try to give it.
I have pretty much split my 401 account into two mutual funds. Some targeted retirement date account with Vanguard and a Blackrock Equity Index T.
Obviously I don’t care about these carona losses.
Is this a good way to have your funds allocated or should I have it spread out among more funds?
Still young, 34.

I have 80% of my 401K in a very low fee indexed S&P500 fund, the rest split around other funds and some company stock. I'm same age and in all stocks currently.

Congrats, you have the correct horse sense. You should do well over your peak earning years. You shouldn't have bonds. Where interest are today, you could be down 50% or more in value if rates rise. I've been there done that.
3 to 4 funds at most. That should increase as your account grows.
One piece of advice that I have learned over many years in the markets;
Concentrate on saving money. The rest will come a lot easier.

I can't remember.
I'm either 100% VTSAX
or
95% VTSAX 5% Whatever the Vanguard Admiral Bond is.
RIRA is 100% VTSAX
Wife's RIRA is 100% VTI
We are 35/34

everyone will have their own preferences.
I use an allocation of 7 different Schwab ETFs to meet my portfolio diversification desires.
