So Slack, you seem like the most levelheaded one here. What’s a realistic target here?

I’m in at just over $9/ share, so I’ve got a nice little profit going this week. I think $12.50 is as low as I’ll go before dumping it. And I don’t really think this will go up to $1000. But if things get interesting next week, is $20 realistic?

I mean, I’d be ecstatic to double my money. That’s never a bad deal. And on the off chance this thing goes crazy, there you go.

I really don’t get why people go out of their way to shite on other people for investing their money.

Well there is no denying that AMC has continuously trended upward all week, and it very well may continue next week.

Correct.

I’m in the same boat as you, prez, though in a bit higher than that. Still in the green though.

Everyone expecting this to be the next GME is going to be disappointed I think, but maybe 20-25 is possible? If so that’d be a nice little profit.

Either way, I’ll say it’s provided some entertainment if nothing else.

I think $20 is possible but it’s going to be hard to pull off IMO. The dynamics at play the last time it got to $20 in February are much different now. There are substantially more shares on the market, for starters. Shorts have also been through the WSB ringer this time around, so they’re unlikely to be caught off guard.

I’ll be honest, if I was in at $9 I’d be pretty damn happy with $14 on half my shares and let the rest ride.

If you have a relatively insignificant amount of your money in it, maybe you hold for the moon, but I obviously think that’s mostly malarkey.

Seems like a really weird thing to lie about giving the likely stupidity of that decision.

I don’t have enough invested to be able to retire and sip margaritas if it goes to the moon, so taking half at 14 and letting the other ride isn’t a terrible deal. Honestly I want a new shotgun, and I’m hoping this thing nets me enough profit to splurg on one.

I say $14ish only because it’s struggled to get past that point post initial surge. Hell, it’s struggled to get and hold $12 for the past 2.5 months.

If it opens down on Monday it may be right back to the $9-$10 range once again. When the momentum has faded, it’s faded very quickly.

If you're referring to me I've simply been poking holes in the data and stories and "logic" that have been brought here in support of this thing exploding like GME (which admittedly I cannot understand how it's been as high as it is for as long as it's been up there.)

So long as criticism is authentic and given politely I think it is a helpful and healthy thing. It would be much better to receive criticism before an avoidable loss than to only receive like minded feedback and blunder into a big loss.

Oretex is a computer model that is used to predict moves in the market based on trends. It’s trending towards a squeeze.

Which means nothing, but this type of news isn’t bad

I'm just bumping this because it closed at $13.95 today. This stock isn't "going to the moon" but it's fun as hell to watch.

Seven straight green days for AMC, looking very promising.

I have no doubt this cannot last, but it's been fun to follow this past week.

I think it will get past the 14.30 mark in the next day or two.
